It is important that if you did not see a confirmation email that you check your Spam and Promotional folders.Free shipping with orders $149 or greater within the 48 contiguous states.

All Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico orders will have an added flat fee of $15.95 for shipping.

*Note - if you ordered an item that is on a backorder status, we will hold the entire order until all items are in stock and shipping. If this order is expected to be longer than 10 days, we will ship your order with all in-stock items.

Shipping Alert

During the holidays and increased shipping periods we see some delivery delays, premature delivery confirmations and package tracking issues. Core Weight Solution will continue to fulfill orders in a timely manner, typically within 3-5 business days. However, there may be some delays and/or inconsistencies with the carriers. Once a package leaves Core Weight Solution, we have no control over delivery times, delays, updates, tracking information or delivery confirmation and because of this we cannot refund or replace orders that are subject to loss or theft. We thank you for your understanding and your support of Core Weight Solution.

PURCHASES. You are responsible for all product purchases and amounts due under your login credentials. You are responsible for paying the purchase price for products, the shipping and handling charges and any taxes due on your online order.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS. We will ship products to the address you enter on the order form.

PACKING AND HANDLING. All products ordered by you shall be packed in accordance with our standard practices. We will not accept and cannot accommodate any special requests for custom containers, packing, crating, boxing or bundling.

RISK OF LOSS. All products are shipped via Fedex or USPS and you shall bear the risk of loss upon our delivery of the products to the common carrier at our shipping location. Any claims for loss, shortage or damage to the products arising following our delivery to the common carrier should be submitted to the common carrier.
